1. Return Eligibility
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged items for hygiene and safety reasons.
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- You received a wrong product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The item is expired or defective.
- The package is missing items.
2. Return Request Time
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Required Proof
To process your request, please share the following details:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Short description of the issue
4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved after verification, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Products
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Personal wellness and intimate care items once opened
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
